Exchanges and Returns

We accept return and exchange requests on full prices items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition with tags attached. Any returns requests made after this time will not be accepted (unless delayed due to postage and handling).

ALL ITEMS MARKED AS SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE

- All full priced items are eligible for return for credit within 14 days of delivery (including items purchased using a 10% welcome discount code).

- All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

- Customers are to cover the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable service to track the progress of your return.

- Once received, a credit note will be issued to honour the value paid at checkout after discounts, excluding shipping fees.

- Customers are responsible for any additional costs required to exchange their item.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product prior to shipping. All fallenBROKENstreet pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.

Please email us at info@fallenbrokenstreet.com with your order number and a brief description and images of the fault/incorrect item.

Please note, we do not consider natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.
